Dark colors and warm atmosphere

Our studio designed the interior and manufactured the sauna furniture in this U-shaped sauna. The sauna has its inspiration from the traditional Finnish smokey saunas with a modern twist. Everything needed to be dark or almost black except the sauna benches. Light sauna benches out of aspen create a nice contrast and warm atmosphere in the sauna.

The finishing look for the sauna was created with the backrest. It was designed a little slanted, that it would be ergonomic to lean.
